Job 3

This customer was affected by the Bell County tornado/hailstorm last Spring. The customer’s family immediately applied synthetic roofing felt over the large sections of missing shingles and did a heck of a job with that temporary repair. Much better job than some roofing contractors would have done. This is why I say, “Treat the house like it’s your grandma’s.” The roof came out great! The customer chose the IKO Dynasty Class 3 impact resistant shingle in the color of Cornerstone. We got rid of the turbine vents and cut in and installed ridge vents, as this home has soffit vents, and the attic should breathe nicely allowing the new shingles to age gracefully!

This was an insurance claim, and we were able to make sure the customers received a fair settlement with proper estimating, as it was very clear the inspectors and adjusters that were assigned to this claim were not very experienced and improperly trained (extremely common these days). This was crucial because the policy did not pay out full replacement cost, so the estimating must be accurate, or the customer will be out-of-pocket more than they should be!

This contract included an extended manufacturer warranty at no additional cost and our Twin Exteriors Lifetime Workmanship Warranty!

Job 4

This customer is currently remodeling their home to sell soon, and we were lucky enough to be contracted to replace his roof and gutters. We went with an IKO Dynasty Class 3 shingle in the color Glacier for the roof and matched that with ‘dark bronze’ gutters and downspouts .

Once this home sells, the new owners will receive the transfer of our Twin Exteriors Lifetime Workmanship Warranty along with the extended IKO manufacturer warranty.

Job 5

Another amazing project in MPR, TX! This customer was impressed with the job we did next door (previous post) . We were honored to win his business. This customer was also upgraded to a Certainteed Landmark shingle in Georgetown Gray from a 3-tab shingle.

Job 6

We had the privilege of helping this amazing family with this roof replacement. We upgraded this customer to an Owens Corning TruDef Duration AR shingle in Onyx Black, accented by the Owens Corning ProEdge AR ridge cap shingles and black drip edge. What an awesome transformation!

Job 7

We love how this one turned out! This awesome couple was affected by the Belton/Temple tornadoes and hail storm back in May, and we had the pleasure of replacing their roof and gutters. We went back with the CertainTeed Landmark Weathered Wood with the Shadow Ridge. It really stands out on this corner lot!

This customer got an extended warranty and Twin Exteriors’ Lifetime Workmanship Warranty with this roof, and is looking at getting two $500 referral payments for both of her neighbors across the street. All of this for the amount of their insurance deductible.

Job 8

This is another Bell County home on Lake Belton that was damaged from the tornado and hail in May of 2024. We were honored to lend a hand in transforming this home to a more valuable investment than pre-loss conditions.

This customer had been wanting a hail storm to total the roof but may have gotten a little more than they bargained for, as this roof had severe hail damage and the storm was extremely violent. The gutters and downspouts were also heavily damaged from the storm, along with other exterior items. We were contracted to replace the roof and gutters/downspouts.

The roofing system was upgraded to the Certainteed ClimateFlex Class 4 impact resistant shingle in the color of Heather Blend. It looks outstanding with the existing exterior colors of the home and deck. The gutters & downspouts were replaced with the same white color as the existing gutters & downspouts. Let us upgrade your home this year! Give us a call!
